We are pleased to offer Online Giving and provide our congregation with an efficient giving alternative that will save you and the church time and effort. Please read through our list of Frequently Asked Questions and feel free to contact us if you have questions that are not addressed.

What is the advantage of Online Giving?

It saves time! It saves work! It simplifies your life! You can avoid the hassle of writing and remembering checks! It can also help your consistency and faithfulness in giving.

How do I create an account?

To give online you will be asked to provide a user name, password and address information. This information is used to provide you a tax receipt for all the gifts you may give to South Valley Community Church during the year. Donations made online will be combined with your other gifts to provide you one receipt at the end of the year.

How do I allocate funds to different campaigns?

After you login, just below the South Valley Community Church logo, there are three panels selectable by the three tabs, "Tithe", "Auto-Tithe" and "View History". From either "Tithe" or "Auto-Tithe", you make a selection from the "Choose a Fund" popup menu.

How do I setup a reoccurring donation?

After you login, just below the South Valley Community Church logo, there are three panels selectable by the three tabs, "Tithe", "Auto-Tithe" and "View History". Select the "Auto-Tithe" button and complete the form.

Can I have more than one reoccurring donation?

After you login, just below the South Valley Community Church logo, there are three panels selectable by the three tabs, "Tithe", "Auto-Tithe" and "View History". Select the "Auto-Tithe" button. At the bottom of the page on the left hand corner, there is a "Click here" link to add an additional payment schedule.

How do I specify how often I want to tithe?

How can I see my history of my online donations?

Is online giving secure?

All personal, credit card, & bank information is submitted using 128 bit encryption. There is no stronger form of protection than this encryption and by doing this, we eliminate the possibility that someone might "tap" the line and extract your personal data from it. 128-bit SSL encryption has never been broken and according to RSL Labs, it would take a "trillion-trillion years" to crack the code using today's technology.

Our partner uses every means available to secure data on our system, the privacy of our churches, and their users.

How much does Online Giving cost?

It costs you nothing and saves you time. The fee to the church is nominal.

Without a canceled check, how can I document my contribution?

Donations made online will be combined with your other gifts to provide you one receipt at the end of the year.
